Shipping Information
  • All orders are subject to delivery costs, which will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
  • Confirmation Email: Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review the details carefully to ensure accuracy. If there are any discrepancies, contact us immediately at reseauxwebmail@gmail.com.
  • Order Processing: We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of receiving payment. Please note that our business days are Monday to Friday.
  • Unique Pieces: Each garment we create is a unique piece, meticulously crafted for you. As such, we do not offer returns on any items. 
    Returns Policy
    • No Returns on one-of-a-kind: Given the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns. We take pride in delivering exclusive, handcrafted items, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase.
    • Accepted returns: We accept returns on our ready-to-wear garments for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if more than 30 days have passed since delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, with original tags attached, in their original packaging. All swimwear must include the hygiene sticker. If any of these conditions are not met, we cannot offer a refund. 
    • Quality Assurance: We uphold stringent quality standards in the creation of our garments. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at reseauxwebmail@gmail.com with relevant photos and details.
    • Order Cancellations: As our pieces are crafted specifically for each order, we do not accept order cancellations once the confirmation email has been sent. Please consider your purchase carefully before confirming your order.
