SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Shipping Information
- All orders are subject to delivery costs, which will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
- Confirmation Email: Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review the details carefully to ensure accuracy. If there are any discrepancies, contact us immediately at hello@reseaushop.com.
- Order Processing: We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of receiving payment. Please note that our business days are Monday to Friday.
- Unique Pieces: Each garment we create is a unique piece, meticulously crafted for you. As such, we do not offer returns on any items.
- No Returns on one-of-a-kind: Given the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns. We take pride in delivering exclusive, handcrafted items, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase.

Ready-to-wear: We take great care to ensure the quality of our ready-to-wear garments. Refunds are accepted only in the event of a confirmed manufacturing fault or damage.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of mind
- Accidental or duplicate purchases
Eligible refunds for damaged items must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a refund, all items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Have original tags attached
- Be returned in original packaging
- Include the hygiene sticker for all swimwear
Items returned that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which entitles you to a refund, repair, or replacement for goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
- Quality Assurance: We uphold stringent quality standards in the creation of our garments. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@reseaushop.com with relevant photos and details.
- Order Cancellations: As our pieces are crafted specifically for each order, we do not accept order cancellations once the confirmation email has been sent. Please consider your purchase carefully before confirming your order.
